Currently working within the Business Services & Solutions team at Microsoft to design an internal enterprise tool by translating business requirements into user-centered interactive prototypes. Following the Agile methodology, our sprints include gathering feedback from project stakeholders and internal resources, conceptualizing sketches and wireframes, validating designs through usability studies, and then refining concepts with engineering teams.

The Fresh Tilled Soil Apprenticeship turns promising designers and developers into UX pros through structured learning, one-on-one mentorship, and real-world experience. Design process included producing sketches, wireframes, and prototypes; developing storyboards and user flows; as well as incorporating user research findings into final designs.
